The upgrade system for items allows players to improve the performance of trinkets, armors, and weapons. It also has some unique effects and procs.

Glyphs

For example, the glyph of Nilrend has a high chance to negate an order marker from an opponent's army card, giving players an advantage in the beginning of the game. The impact of this glyph diminishes when more units appear on the board, and the odds to defuse a unit are reduced.
Other glyphs have a greater direct influence on map control. For example the glyph Valda increases the range of all ranged units by one, which is an impressive increase for many units that often struggle with low mobility (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). In addition to these units, this glyph is effective on melee units that might have trouble getting into the right position to deal with damage.
Some glyphs such as the Discretionary Ligatures glyph are designed to enhance the appearance of fonts and could include additional characters that are not part of the standard collection. This is done to make fonts appear more realistic or to add more ornaments.
Players can create a custom Glyph Set by selecting the glyphs they would like to include from the list in the Glyphs panel, and then choosing to add them to the Glyph Set in the Glyphs panel menu. After adding a custom Glyph Set, players can access it by clicking View Glyph Set in the Glyphs Panel menu and then selecting the name of the glyph Set.
Growthstones
These items are similar to berries in that they increase your attributes for a long time, however unlike berries, they boost all your attributes except HP. You can obtain Growth Stones by completing certain events in the game, or by combing two of them in the Nitro Cube. They can also be earned as rewards during the Ancient Arena season.
You can use these on your weapon or armor by accessing the Equipment Enchanting menu. You can also make them in major towns by contacting different crafter NPCs with the correct recipe. Growth Materials are available in a variety of kinds and can be used to accomplish different objectives. Weapon Growth Stones can be used to improve weapons, whereas Armor Growth Stones can be used to upgrade armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to upgrade your active or passive abilities.
These stones resonate with particular human traits within your body to make them stronger and more powerful. The price of these Item Enhancers is expensive, but they are necessary for anyone who wants to increase their performance in Pokemon Unite. It is a major pain to have all the Held Items upgraded to their maximum but those who are patient and dedicated will eventually succeed.
